Ms. Hasse has assisted with joint ventures on four continents in the telecommunications, entertainment, retail, technology and health industries. She also serves as a neutral mediator in her areas of expertise.
Ms. Hasse's IP work focuses on trademark, copyright, trade secret, licensing, contractual and project design and company development matters. She has represented publishers, authors and journalists, motion picture producers and directors, broadcasters, telecommuniations companies, information providers, musicians, performers, computer software and e-commerce companies, mechandisers, designers, advertisers and manufacturers with respect to business operations and dispute resolution generally, as well as in a full range of IP, publicity, competition, privacy, development, investment and governance matters.
Additionally, Ms. Hasse has advised on legislative developments in IP, media law and constitutional areas in a number of European, Asian and African "countries in transition," working for governmental entities, foundations and professional organizations.
